Only in Los Angeles....lol.....

Ok so....I'm in Hollywood this afternoon..Melrose Avenue to be exact..partially conducting business..partially shopping..lol..anywhoo..- I digress - Its been a long morning without breakfast, so I pickup a deli sandiwch and water for lunch....yet..as I begin to eat it...I realize maybe I'm not hungry at all..so I decide against lunch. Now I'm stuck with this stupid sandwich that I totally don't want to carry around with me so I figure I'll toss it...yet, as I'm walking out, I see a homeless man..begging for food...and, well let me be completely honest, homeless persons are in abundance here in Los Angeles..and I try to balance the very thin line of genuinely believing someone asking for something/and thinking its a con...

Well today..I definitely felt like its totally not going to hurt me to give this guy my sandwich because I'm not going to eat it anyway.......so.....and I'm still trippin even as I type this..lol..I walk up to him ever so sweetly and say, "Excuse me sir, you are more than welcome to the other half of my sandwich...it hasn't been touched..."...his response? ..and I am so not lying..lol.."Oh thank you, but no thanks....I'm a vegetarian."....seriously, that was his answer.....I mean...WHAT do you say to that?!?!?! I couldn't help but laugh...and I proceed to say, "Ok, hun....I'll keep that in mind...." Lol.....classic...I mean I'm like wow, what is this world coming to?............funny stuff....not his circumstance of course, but just the principle of the situation.....

*sigh*.........another day, another adventure....lol...Gotta love L.A.
